The County Court System and Road & Bridge department will be made available by appointments and on-line services only. Please see the county website for updates regarding the County Court System opening at a future date.

County health officials will continue to monitor and give updated reports, these updates are also available on the county Health department Facebook page.

Governor Kelly removed executive order for State of Kansas reopening plan. She handed over to county health officials to decide which phase is appropriate in their area, making the phases go from mandatory to more of a guideline on May 27, 2020. The guidelines to reopening Miami County Government are subject to change according to Governor Kelly mandated orders as released by her office.
