The role of the community health department is to provide leadership to the public health and medical communities in a coordinated effort to detect, respond to, and prevent illness. Programs administered by the health department include:

Tuesday & Thursday
Tuesday and Thursday, 8 a.m. to noon and 1 to 4 p.m.:
- Appointment Only Services
- Blood pressure and pulse
- Blood Sugar
- General counseling
- Hemoglobin
- Immunizations (Appointment Only)
- Injections (with doctor's order)
- TB testing - one only,
Tuesday from 8 a.m. to noon / 1 to 4 p.m., and Wednesday, 4 to 5:30 p.m.
- Urinalysis
Wednesday
- Appointment Only Services 4 to 5:30 p.m.
- Women's Health Care 4 to 5:30 p.m.
Thursday
8 a.m. to noon and 1 to 4 p.m.:
- Appointment Only Services
- No TB
- No Women's Health Care
Friday
8 a.m. to noon and 1 to 4 p.m.
