County Attorney

The county attorney is an elected official and is responsible for the prosecution of violations of Kansas state law committed by adults and juveniles. In addition, the county attorney represents the State of Kansas in proceedings involving commitments to the Osawatomie State Hospital and in child abuse and neglect proceedings.
